Traveling to Paris, Barcelona or New York? Enter to win a set of three Luxe City Guides

Luxe City Guides is sponsoring a giveaway for More Time To Travel readers. One lucky winner will be selected to receive a set of three guides (Paris, Barcelona and New York), either to take on your next trip or to give to a friend headed to one of these popular tourist destinations.

The content ranges from the practical to the exotic: Twelve folded panels in each guide are chock full of essential tips to help you navigate that city and see the best of it. It includes insider information on upscale shops, restaurants, hotels, spas and city sights that have been carefully curated by experts in luxury travel. Inside, you’ll find the price of a taxi from Charles De Gaulle airport to the center of Paris, the best places for tapas in Barcelona, and advice on how to navigate New York City using the street grid plan.

Each one looks much like a laminated map (and comes with a vinyl sleeve). The guides are compact rather than comprehensive in scope (without any maps or other graphics) but they’re a quick and easy read before your trip, or while you’re waiting for takeoff at the airport. They’re lightweight enough to tuck in a purse or pocket. Over the past ten years, more than 1.4 million of the guides have been sold.

One caution for the over-50 traveler: The print-size is quite small so make sure you have your reader specs with you!

For a chance to win, simply write the name of your favorite city (Paris, Barcelona or New York) in the comment section at the end of this post on or before September 30, 2013. The contest winner will be randomly chosen and announced here on October 1. (Sorry, this offer is limited to U.S. mailing addresses only.)

Luxe City Guides for these and a host of other cities are available online at, in bookstores, and online from Amazon.

Oh, that’s tough, Irene. I like them all but since I’m supposed to choose – Barcelona.

Tough choice as I’ve been to all three cities but I love Paris the most!

As I am in the UK I cannot win the prize so thought I would just say that my favourite city is Venice and if you haven’t been there you must go.
